Samsung Voice Recorder gets cloud transcription upgrade

Samsung is adding cloud transcription to Voice Recorder, allowing uploads to Samsung servers for improved accuracy on difficult or lengthy recordings. A new storage manager helps track and clear space. Export support for MP3 and WAV files is also expected, alongside an animated waveform and cleaner toggle cards.
