HCLSoftware to Acquire Robotiq.ai for €9M

HCLSoftware, the software division of India's HCLTech, will acquire Zagreb-based RPA provider Robotiq.ai in an all-cash deal valuing the company at €9 million. The transaction, expected to close by late November 2026, gives HCLTech full ownership and strengthens its HCL UnO Agentic platform by automating workflows in legacy systems that lack modern APIs.
