The FBI is investigating claims that ShinyHunters stole sensitive data on almost all agents and applicants from FBIjobs.gov. A sample of 5,000 agents included home addresses and spouse details. Investigators consider the claims credible and suspect an Oracle PeopleSoft vulnerability. The group wants the FBI to correct its May alert, not a ransom.
