Telangana's TG SAFE inspected 16 quick-commerce dark stores with 10 teams, suspending four FSSAI licences over acute health hazards including cockroach infestations, expired stock and mould. Officials collected 15 samples on suspicion of adulteration and will issue improvement and show-cause notices. The drive follows a September ban on artificial paneer and a Kukatpally sweep that suspended five licences.
