Check Point links VPN zero-day attacks to Qilin ransomware gang

Check Point patched CVE-2026-50751, a critical authentication bypass in Remote Access VPN and Mobile Access using deprecated IKEv1. Attacks began May 7, affecting a few dozen organizations. One incident involved Qilin ransomware. Customers should apply updates or switch to IKEv2 and require machine certificates.
