Judge Dismisses Spyware Case Against Pegasus Manufacturer

A California federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Salvadoran journalists from El Faro whose devices were infected with Pegasus spyware. The plaintiffs failed to establish proper jurisdiction in California, despite the attacks occurring between June 2020 and November 2021 against lead plaintiff Carlos Dada and colleagues.
