Meta Oversight Board demands stronger deepfake protections

Meta's Oversight Board recommended adding AI-generated impersonations to the Adult Sexual Exploitation policy, calling them non-consensual by default. The Board also wants users to designate trusted accounts for reporting violations and a separate reporting category for AI sexual impersonation. Currently, only Texas and Florida have a specialized deepfake form.
