Harmonic says humans should set AI benchmarks

Nvidia-backed AI startup Harmonic is partnering with the American Institute of Mathematics to develop an open benchmark based on mathematical problems selected by working mathematicians. The initial benchmark includes more than 2,000 problems. The partnership gives domain experts more control over how AI progress is measured.
