Mistral in talks with Samsung on €20B valuation

Samsung Electronics is in advanced talks to invest up to €1 billion in French AI startup Mistral AI at a roughly €20 billion valuation. EQT's Scaleup Europe Fund is also in discussions to join the round. The deal would nearly double Mistral's previous €12 billion valuation from September 2025.
