IperionX Acquires Covia Assets Adjacent to Titan Project

IperionX agreed to acquire Covia Solutions' Camden, Tennessee silica sand assets adjacent to its Titan Project. The deal adds mineral rights, stockpiled pre-processed minerals, pre-stripped horizons, and infrastructure. It consolidates the Big Sandy Critical Minerals Province to strengthen a domestic minerals-to-metals platform for rare earth and critical mineral supply chains.
