Microsoft will adjust local currency prices for commercial cloud services once a year on January 1, replacing the previous twice-yearly schedule. The change aims for greater pricing predictability but means customers have fewer opportunities to benefit from favorable exchange rate movements. Microsoft will offer advance guidance in November.
