Ukraine to use seized crypto for war bonds

Ukraine will convert over $8.3 million in cryptocurrency seized from an international cybercrime group into government war bonds. The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) received the digital assets after a court order. The group caused over $100 million in losses through ransomware and extortion.
