Info Edge appointed Himanshu Agarwal as CFO, effective September 17, 2026. Agarwal, currently CFO at Cohan Lifesciences, previously served as CFO at Bennett Coleman. Interim CFO Ambarish Raghuvanshi will lead finance until then. Agarwal will also join the board as a whole-time director for five years.
