Floci launches as an MIT-licensed local cloud emulator, running AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI services on a developer machine with no credentials or cloud account. It covers 119 AWS services on port 4566, plus 25 GCP and 8 OCI services, and is pitched as a drop-in LocalStack replacement after LocalStack began requiring an auth token in March 2026.
