Asian stocks surge on Anthropic IPO

Asian shares rallied Tuesday as technology stocks surged after artificial intelligence startup Anthropic filed for an initial public offering. South Korea's KOSPI rose more than 4%, with Samsung Electronics climbing 5% and SK Hynix climbing 7%. Japan's Nikkei 225 gained 2%, while SoftBank shares jumped more than 6%.
