Micron raised planned U.S. spending to over $250 billion through 2035, up from $200 billion. The company invested $500 million in GlobalWafers for its 300 mm wafer plant in Sherman, Texas, the only such U.S. facility, with a 10-year output agreement. First concrete poured at the Clay, New York campus ahead of schedule.
