Intel detailed Wildcat Lake, its Core Series 3 budget chip, at Hot Chips. The 18A chiplet design uses UCIe for organic packaging instead of Foveros, cutting die area by 15% while keeping Panther Cove cores, Xe3 graphics, Thunderbolt 4, and Wi-Fi 7.
