Fluence Shares Soar on Design for Nvidia AI Data Center Factory

Fluence announced a design contract for an Nvidia AI data center factory in Austin, Texas. The facility will house 12,000 AI training GPUs and support 500 teraflops of compute capacity. Fluence received $140 million in upfront funding from Nvidia for the project. The factory will begin operations in Q4 2025 and serve enterprise AI workloads. The deal marks Fluence's first major infrastructure partnership with Nvidia.
