New Vercel CLI login flow

Vercel replaced the CLI login command with OAuth 2.0 Device Flow for more secure authentication. Email-based login and flags for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and OOB are deprecated, removed February 26, 2026. The SAML-based team method remains supported until June 1, 2026.
