AI Gateway adds team-wide zero data retention controls

AI Gateway now supports Zero Data Retention at the team level, removing the need for individual provider opt-outs. The feature routes requests only to providers with ZDR agreements in place. It supports Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and many more models with no code changes required.
