Encore AI raised $30 million in a Series A round led by Team8. The startup, founded in 2022 as Insait IO by CEO Dvir Ginzburg, analyzes customer interactions to train AI voice agents for sales and support teams. It has over 40 enterprise customers, mostly financial institutions.
