HappyRobot Raises $150M Series C

HappyRobot, a San Francisco enterprise AI agent platform, raised a $150 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. Prysm Capital led the round, co-led by Eurazeo, with participation from a16z, Base10, Y Combinator, Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange, T.Capital, Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, Kfund, and Wave-X. Total funding now stands at approximately $200 million.
