The 163,000-square-foot building, formerly The Lincoln, was purchased for $62.5 million in 2024 and redesigned by the Rockwell Group. It features a Monarch Athletic Club, a stem cell clinic, a speakeasy, and an omakase restaurant. The building is roughly 90% pre-leased to tenants including Playboy, Morgan Stanley, and Shark Tank's Daymond John.
