Miami's Class X Office Opens with Wellness Amenities

Developer Robert Rivani has opened a $100 million luxury office redevelopment at 1691 Michigan Ave. in Miami Beach, branded as 'Class X.' The 163,000-square-foot building, formerly The Lincoln, was purchased for $62.5 million in 2024 and redesigned by the Rockwell Group. It features a Monarch Athletic Club, a stem cell clinic, a speakeasy, and an omakase restaurant. The building is roughly 90% pre-leased to tenants including Playboy, Morgan Stanley, and Shark Tank's Daymond John.
