Ctrl Wallet to shut weeks after security exploit

Ctrl Wallet, formerly XDEFI Wallet, will shut down after a June 23 security exploit affecting Cardano wallets. Users must withdraw assets before Aug. 3, 2026, when all functions except recovery phrase export are disabled. The wallet supported over 2,500 blockchain networks and had over 650,000 monthly users.
