Equals Money Opens Read-Only MCP Server for AI Agents

Equals Money has opened a Model Context Protocol server to customer AI tools, letting agents read data but not instruct payments. Chief operations and product officer James Simcox said AI writes about 92% of the company's code and that a rogue agent could spawn 100,000 simultaneous failures, so agents get their own identity and revocable access.
