Tyred raises £2.5M for AI bike breakdown prediction

London-based Tyred raised £2.5 million from Raw Ventures and Ada Ventures to build an AI platform that predicts bike maintenance before failures occur. The startup maintains around 50,000 Lime e-bikes in London and serviced over 100,000 bikes in the past year. Tyred bundles servicing, insurance, warranties and finance into one connected ownership platform.
