Pagaya sues Klarna over alleged trade secret misappropriation

Pagaya Technologies sued former partner Klarna for allegedly misappropriating trade secrets related to point-of-sale loan underwriting. Pagaya alleged Klarna aimed to absorb its technology, build competing capabilities, and cut Pagaya out of the business. Klarna called the lawsuit meritless and said it will defend vigorously.
