Wireless earbuds market dominated by Apple, open-ear models are rising

Apple and Beats captured nearly a third of global TWS shipments in Q1 2026, with Apple holding 23% market share and 44% of revenue. Open-ear earbuds grew rapidly, with open-hook shipments up 48% and open-clip up 87%, while traditional TWS declined 1%. Shokz led open-hook and Huawei led open-clip categories.
