France's cybersecurity agency ANSSI will stop certifying security products lacking quantum-resistant encryption starting in 2027. ANSSI chief of staff Samih Souissi announced the move at the France Quantum conference, urging businesses to buy only quantum-safe products by 2030. ANSSI approval is required for French government and critical infrastructure use.
