SpaceX Agrees to Buy Spectrum License

SpaceX announced Thursday an agreement to purchase a nationwide spectrum portfolio from Grain Management for its Starlink service. The deal involves up to 14 megahertz of paired spectrum in the 800 MHz band, subject to FCC approval. Shares of AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile tumbled in extended trading following the news.
