A Flatpak release of GIMP version 0.54 from 1996 lets users run the beta software on modern Linux desktops. Assembled by balooii, the project includes patches to compile the old code, plus bundled plugins and tutorials. This version uses the Motif widget toolkit and multiple unconnected windows.
