Apotex IPO Expected at Top of Range

Apotex Health Corp. expects its Toronto IPO to price at C$24, the top of the C$20 to C$24 range, according to people familiar with the matter. The offering, which includes a treasury component and existing shareholder sales, is expected to raise C$1.3 billion. That would be Canada's largest IPO since 2021.
