US Suspends TCS From PERM Green Card Program

The US Department of Labor suspended Tata Consultancy Services from the permanent labour certification programme on Thursday, joining seven other firms including Microsoft and Adobe. TCS stated on Friday it remains unfazed and will hire 15,000 local workers over the next five years to maintain its US presence.
