Baselayer Raises $35M for AI Agent Identity

Baselayer, officially Osiris Ratings Inc., raised $35 million in Series A funding led by M13, bringing total funding to about $40 million since 2023. The San Francisco startup launched its Agentic Identity Suite to issue credentials proving AI agents act with authorization, serving over 2,300 financial institutions. Stripe reports 70% of API requests now come from AI agents.
