Teen suspect in Scattered Spider hacks is extradited to US

A 19-year-old dual US-Estonian citizen was extradited from Finland to Chicago for alleged Scattered Spider hacks. Peter Stokes appeared in federal court Tuesday, accused of conspiracy, cyber intrusion, and fraud. The FBI alleges he stole data from a luxury-jewelry retailer and demanded an $8 million cryptocurrency ransom.
