ASML denies EUV tool reached China

ASML refutes a report that one of its extreme ultraviolet lithography systems reached China despite export restrictions. The company states it knows the location of every EUV tool it has built and calls the claims inaccurate and damaging to its reputation. The only EUV tool owned by a Chinese customer remains in the Netherlands.
