Apple revised App Review Guidelines to add iPadOS to Notarization. Starting September 16, EU users can download iPadOS apps via the App Store and alternative distribution. iPadOS first annual installs will accrue under the Alternative Terms Addendum, with a lower commission rate. Alternative browser engines are now allowed in iPadOS apps.
