iRhythm Breach Hits 360,000 Patients

Medical device maker iRhythm notified 360,000 people that hackers stole their personal data between June 3 and June 8. The breach affected 298,647 individuals in Texas and 69,526 in South Carolina, involving names, addresses, and medical device serial numbers.
