Mailing Lists Break DMARC; ARC Only Partly Fixes It

DMARC fails when mailing lists modify messages, breaking SPF and DKIM alignment. ARC lets trusted intermediaries vouch for original authentication, but only works at receivers that evaluate it and trust the sealer. From-munging remains the only universally reliable fix, with Mailman 3 applying it conditionally.
