Apple seeks OpenAI injunction over IP theft

Apple asked a US judge for a preliminary injunction barring OpenAI and two former Apple employees from using allegedly confidential information. Apple also seeks discovery and depositions from three ex-Apple staffers, including Chang Liu and Tang Tan, in the Northern District of California case.
