Polestar Ends EV Production After 200000 Units

Polestar ends global production of its electric sedan after building 200,000 units since 2020. A US ban from model year 2027 and a 2028 successor delay follow a Commerce Department denial. Global sales rose 0.4 percent to 30,423 vehicles in the first half of 2026.
