Tesla Postpones Roadster Demo to October 15

Tesla postponed its October 1 Roadster demonstration in Texas because of forecast thunderstorms, rescheduling the outdoor event to October 15. The demo is expected to feature SpaceX-developed cold-gas thrusters, reportedly lifting the car remotely with nobody inside. Tesla is again accepting $50,000 reservations for the Roadster, originally promised for production in 2020.
