Federal prosecutors arrested Zohar Pinhasi, 50, for wire fraud after his firm MonsterCloud allegedly paid hackers more than $8 million on behalf of hundreds of clients while charging them over $19 million. Pinhasi surrendered Wednesday in Brooklyn on two counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy, pleading not guilty and being released on a $2 million bond.
