Main Capital closes €5.25 billion enterprise software fund

Main Capital Partners closed over €5.25 billion across two funds, a more than twofold increase over predecessor funds. Main Capital IX reached €4 billion and Main Foundation III reached €1.25 billion, bringing total Assets under Management to over €12 billion. New investors came from the United States, Asia, and the Middle East.
