OpenAI hires Ismail Elmas, former Cursor Europe head, as vice president of sales for EMEA. This is the second sales hire from SpaceX in one month. Elmas, based in Munich, will lead a team growing sharply as OpenAI targets European clients before a potential stock market listing.
