EU Delays Tesla FSD Vote to December

The EU will not vote on Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised) on October 6 as expected. The Technical Committee on Motor Vehicles scheduled only a 25-minute discussion on the Dutch request to extend its national approval EU-wide, and does not meet again until December. Tesla needs 15 member states representing 65% of the EU population; only seven have recognized the Dutch approval, covering about 12%.
