Samsung devices missing One UI 9.0 update

Samsung will not deliver the One UI 9.0 (Android 17) update to certain devices. The list of excluded models includes older Galaxy phones and tablets that no longer qualify for major OS upgrades. Users of those devices will remain on previous Android versions.
