Russia is conducting parliamentary elections in Ukrainian regions it illegally annexed, including Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia. Kyiv and the EU condemned the vote as illegal, with human rights groups reporting residents are being coerced to participate.
