Modern Warfare 4 beta update adds map, mode, quieter footsteps

Infinity Ward's first Modern Warfare 4 beta update reduces enemy footstep audio volume and range, and tunes down weapon lethality on the ISO Nightshade SMG and Oris 8.6 marksman rifle. New map Cachette and mode Inflation join rotation, enabling map voting.
