Chongqing Genori Technology shares surged nearly 1,200% from their IPO price on the Shanghai stock exchange. Chairman and CEO Wang Bing now holds a $4.7 billion fortune, according to Forbes. The semiconductor component maker raised 1.7 billion yuan ($254.8 million) in its oversubscribed IPO.
